The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Spain has drafted a special protocol for the match against Kosovo, to be held at the end of this month.
Some of the main points are these:

Dutchist Stefan van Dijk, who has been living in Kosovo for several years, says that the Presidents should not travel to Spain under these conditions.
“It is true (and I doubt) that Kosovo will play against Spain without flag and anthem. They don't have to travel at all. It reminds me of days when Kosovo was not allowed to play with state symbols, except because it did not like Serbia. We shouldn't go back to crazy” wrote van Dijk on Twitter.
