Spanish President Marca has written about the Kosovo match with Spain, and has named the match the rarest for the national team.
Here's the March article:

The Spanish Royal Football Federation has been working for months with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to organise the match between Spain and Kosovo. Las Rosas always wanted to give the greatest possible normality to meet with the fact that the Spanish State does not recognise Kosovo's sovereignty.
MPJ has taken significant steps so that the Kosovo team can have access and play in Spain. But the protocol will be the most special one ever experienced in Spain's organised matches. Kosovo will not be recognised as the Sovereign state, but as the territory of Kosovo. The same is true of the flag, which cannot appear near the Spanish, and the flag does not appear near the Spanish.
Otherwise, the Spain-Kosovo meeting will be played on 31 March in La Cartuja and will be Spain's third qualifying match for the 2022 World Cup.
