Today in the NFK environments, a meeting has been held with representatives of women's First League clubs and U16 League. Attending this meeting were Women's Commission Chairman Vjollca Krasniqi and Secretary General Erroll Salihu.
Club representatives were informed during this meeting of the new project that has launched federation with the support of U. FIFA EFA to directly support football players and coaching women's First League clubs and U16 League clubs. Project “Subvention in the personal development of players” aims to boost the motivation among girls for the largest engagement in the football game, but also the coach's commitment to work as professional as well.
FFK leaders presented the details of this project to club representatives, but at the same time asked them to be as sincere and fair as these financial tools are distributed to football players, because otherwise the project will fail. Once from clubs, it was asked to increase the level of organization in order to increase the quality of the league.
From this project, 20 players from each First League club (children) will benefit every month during the race calendar of 150 euros, while the team coach from 250 euros. Meanwhile, at U16 League clubs, players will be subsidised by 100 euros, while coaching at 250 euros.
This project aims to raise quality and see how possible it is through such subsidy that trainers extract new talents that will serve clubs but also national teams in the future.
Club representatives expressed appreciation to the WFF for the project, but also for continued support of women's football.
During this meeting, there was also discussion about the beginning of the spring season races, where Women's Football Commission head Vjollca Krasniqi and Secretary Salihu demanded strict respect for anti-Convid19 measures so that players will not be endangered, but also the continuation of the races themselves.
