Officials from Merset's company say the German carmaker Mercedes-Benz has pulled 2.6 million cars out of the Chinese market. There's been a problem with the software of these vehicles.
The software cannot indicate the exact location of the car in case of an accident. The news has been made known by China's state administration for market regulation.
This administration informed the Mercedes company of this problem in China, which forced the German manufacturer to pull 2.6 million cars. The company didn't comment after this.
Last month, Mercedes-Benz in the U.S. said it was attracting 1,29 million vehicles sold since 2016 for a similar problem.
