Abdixhiku has received most of the delegates' votes until, he will lead the Democratic League for the next two years.
On the first day of his work as LDK chairman, he has refused to meet with LVV leader Albin Kurtin and the president's U.D., Vjosa Osmani, who has invited him to consult for the establishment of new institutions.
However, the LDK has made it known that Abdixhiku today will pay tribute to the tomb of Kosovo's historic president, Ibrahim Rugova.
“Tomorrow (Monday), dated March 15th 2021, at 11:00, LDK chairman Lumir Abdixhiku with accomplices pay tribute at the grave of Kosovo Historical President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova”, said in communique.
