Goran Pandev opened the goal series in this match, following an assistation from Enis White in the 45th minute.
Ilkay Gundogan evened the figures in the second half, but it was not enough after Macedonia scored another goal.
Alif Elmas scored in the 85th minute, to give the final epilogue to the match.
With this victory, Macedonia is in second place with equal points with Germany, until Armenia is first in the J group.
