Exclusive: Kosovo is dealing with VAR, sensational details of the superproject

There have been many speculations about when we will see it in Kosovo's Superleague in football, but one thing is already clear, preparations have already started.

What is the latest development about implementing the VAR system in Kosovo football?

Project THE VAR actually started in January 2021, and it seems to be in the initial phase. Since it is one of the biggest projects after Kosovo's accession to FIFA and U The EFA, of course, takes time to complete implementation in all stadiums.

WAR is certainly one of the most difficult projects to implement, and given that fact as a team (the Team Kosova), we have approached the project with a work strategy that we have in fact divided into 3 parts of parallel work.

1. The administrative section, which is a bridge to FIFA, which is designed for full licensing of the VAR system, implementing all standards listed by FIFA as the main overrider of this project.

2. The technical part which is also divided into two subcategories: that technology (meaning all technical equipment to sustain the VAR project) and educational approach (which concerns all referral training and the technical part that will operate with the VAR system). Both subcategories of the technical part require 6-9 months of effective training and intensity, theoretical and practical training by FIFA officials who are instructor for the implementation of the VAR system.

3. The share of the infrastructure is another important part of this project. Given the infrastructure situation of the stadiums in Kosovo, we have also approached this section by 3 stages. Stage 1, possible stadiums for the implementation of the VAR, and stadiums where with rapid interventions we can create conditions for the implementation of the VAR. Stage two, possible early implementation Stadiums, where interventions should last three to six months. Stage 3 stadiums which are actually in construction phase and that these giant 4th-level building projects are in different time procedures.

When we're at the stage, I think the case in Kosovo is unique because we're actually at the stage of building many stadiums at the same time, the FFK has responded to Periscope.

) Is it likely that the system will be in the shape of a car, a moving machine, located in the van and that it can change location??

The NFK and FSHF have a merondium co-operation, and that is very good, because the Albanian Federation project VAR had begun in 2019, and in fact after more than 3 years it was close to 2021/22 integration into the league. Within this co-operation, we have been informed of FSHS experiences, obstacles, challenges and difficulties during this project, which have been very beneficial for our team with the aim of connecting with the FSHF project.

For both F.F.F.F.K. and NFF is just a form of implementation, that mobile and we think is the only actual solution.

When We Can See IN Kosovo football, further away?

The important thing is to realize that we are dealing with a very difficult work process and not everything depends on our work, but we are also affected by external factors. It's not important the speed of the project, but accuracy, because the final license that gives us the green light of the VAR implementation, should only be given by FIFA when we complete 100% of all criteria.

We have a plan A but also plan B and C, the important thing is that the VAR will be in the Kosovar Supliga.

The total cost of the Project?

NFFK is now part of the U project. EFA and FIFA and many projects should be integrated because they are aimed at developing football in general. The project has a high cost of education, technology and infrastructure, and you thought that we all need to understand that the whole region has already begun working towards the implementation of VAR, whether we wish to be part of progressive football projects.
