The issue Kosovo citizens are struggling with is the age of dead persons as a result of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Although the majority of the affected are advanced in age, many are in fact working age [65 and below].
Periscop has reviewed the 24-hour IKSC reports from February 1st this year, until March 15th, which includes a length of a month and a half [or 43 days, in view of February 28th].
Since 1 February 2021, 35 working-age Kosovo citizens have been killed.
Of those 50 dead, only six are from the capital, Pristina. But 11 people dead at work were from Prizren municipality. Three others were from the municipality of the Year and four others from the Fushe Kosovo municipality.
