The session will be held on March 25th.
Meanwhile, Student Democracy has reacted, saying that the Serbian judge's appointment in the case of the Orthodox Church based on the UPI campus is the next scandal in the state of Kosovo.
The Student Democracy canceling today's session in the case of the violent Orthodox Church in Pristina's university campus by the Milosevic regime considers it unilateral and political. We as an organisation are concerned about how the Court of the Republic of Kosovo in this case appoints a Serbian judge who, without any legal basis, postponed the session on the grounds that because of not submitting invitations regularly, and there will be no court hearings for Pristina University's indictment of the Orthodox Church “Sveti Nikola” Justice Jovica Mitrovich, at the beginning of the session, stated that the Court has made a concession by not sending regular invitations to the parties' participation in the procedure, and that it is known that the postponement of this session is unilateral and political, defending the object imposed by Slobodan Milosevic's regime, which symbolizes ethnic cleansing of Albanians. So we as an organisation ask the Court of the Republic of Kosovo to rule out this case and appeal to the country's leaders and the international community not to hold back from doing this injustice but to take it seriously and parcels to go back to the UP and the object to function as the last war crimes museum in Kosovo”, it is said in response.
