Consumer Protection Agency in São Paulo ( Procon- SP recently fined Apple $2 million for failing to deliver fillers in boxes. As the organization declared, Apple participated in false advertising and the sale of equipment without filling in unfair conditions.
Late last year, “mola” announced that their equipment would come without filling, however, when asked by Procon- SP if that meant that phones would be cheaper, they didn't get answers, reports Portal 9to5Mac.
They also accused Apple of offering insufficient quality support to users, “who had problems following software update” and they claim that the American company should respect regulations and laws, as all other companies do.
