Agonis Tetaj's father writes letters to Lumir Abdixhik, complains about Berisha

Through this letter, Tetaj has expressed concern about judging his son and demanding justice.

Furthermore, he mentioned Obadiah as also the lawyer of the accused party, Besnik Berisha, saying the lawyer has abused the process. He has even warned that these days will be subjected to criminal outcry.

I write because you're a parent and you can feel it in your heart for a moment how you'd feel if your employer at your place tomorrow was going to kill your child and everything is reflected in the security cameras, the footage that we as a family are going to follow up to our grave”, says the letter Isuf Tetay wrote to Obadiah.

I, as a parent, would have no choice but for my son's blood to hold lawyer Besnik Berisha responsible as well, for which we will make a penal complaint”, said further in his letter.

Your Honor. Obadiah,

 I am writing to express my deep indignation about the murder of my son in the workplace. I guess you didn't leave as news which all the media in Kosovo delivered these days, the idea of how my son was killed and the criminal attempt to influence justice proved corruptly that the court's decision was guided by Prosecutor Agron Uka rescinding him to co-operation with the loyal lawyer Berisha and former Gjitish Maloku's chief prosecutor, now advanced to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council Chairman of Kosovo, these illegal acts outside the court hearings for criminal work by serious murder and deliberately turning him into a murder by default.

They tried to criminally prevent fair judgment, so that my son and we as a family could be killed again. I, as a parent, would have no choice but to hold my son's blood responsible as well as lawyer Besnik Berisha, for whom we will make a criminal complaint.

 Lawyer Besnik Berisha, initially until I case-in-law, has been described as deliberately serious murder. In any circumstance the case would have to protect him professionally and with legal integrity and not abuse, corrupt and try to deny justice for my son's murder. I understand the role of the lawyer because I'm a lawyer and I respect the effort that professionally and legally manage to find evidence to minimize the work and if it's possible to release the accused completely innocent, but it seems to be presented to the court that will weigh the court and not even prevent justice and the decision from being made on the cafe and to draw video cameras in order to try to manipulate the opinion.

Lawyer Besnik Berisha has also been the former Kosovo prime minister's adviser. Is this Satan's lawyer specializing because of his special way of corrupting prosecutors and judges and not because of integrity and professionalism?

Judge for yourself how this gentleman is always representing these cases...

 This lawyer, though, why you wish this lawyer, this mercenary, who first appeared in a public media media disbalancing psychologically and by the lack of consciousness or the attempt to hide the truth, I completely deny that he has ever met with the then-prosecuted chief prosecutor of the Gjilan, Yetish Maloku, and the prosecutor of the question Agro Uka, and said that the picture is fully installed as this liar is, this man without the integrity tomorrow without the 24 hours of pressure from the public and I admit that the media has met when I've met him and that I've met another information that I've met <x) and that I'm saying that the picture is just like a lie, because he doesn't even know about it.  

That's the kind of morality integrity and professionalism, and he also advised the former prime minister of Kosovo. Political analyst, journalist, businessman, sexist of courts and prosecutors, why should I find this human profile in your political organization and in Kosovo institutions, honoured mayor, Your River?! !

His public statements following yesterday's merit court ruling in Pec attacking institutions, the chief prosecutor, the Peja Court and the trial body for yesterday's ruling are nothing but that the disproportion of a man without integrity and who in any form sees only the material gain from the lost soul and nothing else.

I strongly believe that Kosovo's justice institutions have to establish justice in the case of my son's murder.
