Serbian Defence Minister Alexander Volin has reacted after Albanian MP Shaip Kamberi's speech in Albanian.

The seal in his speech was set by Esat Pasha Toptan, what an ideal Albanian should be like, and Shaban Pollusha calls him a murderer and a fascist.
