Former French promoter Yohan Cabaye retired from football at the age of 35.
The news was made known by the player himself through his social network, Twitter.
Cabaye was part of the teams, such as PCG, Newcastle, Crystal Palace, Al-Nasr and was recently part of Saint-Etienne in the current session at League 1 where he recorded 15 presentations for the French club, failing to score any goals.
Cabaye was known for being part of Newcastle, when he was part of them he had the best form.
He made 93 presentations in all races, helping Alan Pardew's team end fifth at Premierligle in his first season and reach the quarterfinals of Europe League.
In that same season, he scored 18 goals, including an unforgettable blow of condemnation against Manchester United in a 3-0 victory at St James Park in January 2012, and a victory at Old Tuffford in 2013, which was the chief protagonist.
Cabaye was also part of the French National between 2010 and 2016.
