First sir” violates MPJ rules attack media, lobe for Albin's Vjosa on social networks

Foreign Affairs Ministry official Princeton Sadriou, who holds the position of deputy head of the Kosovo Mission in Skopje, almost every day in his official account at ʹfacebook; publishes political attitudes and animations, not sparing the attacks on the media in Kosovo either. His actions are contrary to the circuit....
His actions are contrary to the MPJD circuit, while his chief Ambassador Deday has made it a warrant for this ministry for impartiality in the electoral process of the 14 February elections.
The MPJA officials generally adhere to this MPJ's circuit, but this is the exception of Princeton Sadriu, who is also Vjosa Osman's husband and who recently refers to himself as the First Lord.
With these actions, Sadriou violates the circuit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs provided by the newspaper Express, which regulates the use of social electronic media from members of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo's foreign service, precisely the point 3 of this circuit, which proves that any kind of communication through social media can have negative implications and consequences for the Kosovo Foreign Service.
This, as stated at this point, any move on social media can be interpreted as the official position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora.
The private communication of the Republika Kosovo Foreign Service employees through electronic platforms and social media, regardless of whether it is done in written form with voice, photos or video recordings, there may be implications and negative consequences for the Foreign Service and damage the interests and reputation of the Republic of Kosovo. Any statement, pronomination or forwarding into social media that makes one member of the Foreign Service, or the other person performing duty or function for the Foreign Service, may be interpreted by the public as the official stand of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora or at least attributed to the Ministry as such. It is not important what the foreign service employee pursues when making a “forward”, but how this “forward is interpreted and perceived by the public”. This is also true of all the cases where any statements, pronomination or “postation” is marked as the personal “thought”, but it has to do directly with issues that are within the scope of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, the Foreign Service, or in general with the foreign policy of the Republic of Kosovo”, at the point 3 of this circuit.

The violation of this circuit by members of the Foreign Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora also envisions sanctions that can be pronounced by the Office of the General Director after consulting the Office of the Secretary General.
The Public Communication Division, at the request of diplomats, is tasked with helping implement this circuit, while the General Director's Office is tasked with monitoring its implementation. In the case of a circuit breach on the part of diplomats, it is pronounced by the Office of the General Director after consulting with the Secretary General's Office, which is incumbent on him to ensure its implementation”, it is said in the circuit.

Pardon Sadriou, who continues to be part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the framework of the Kosovo Embassy in Skopje in his official profile, has attacked “Gazeteta Express” following a report about the organisation of the ceremony, where diplomatic reports were signed between Kosovo and Israel, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the helm of Meza-Khardinaj Stublla.

Warning of involvement in the electoral process in Kosovo and of violating the MPJD ordinance, Sadriut has also given Kosovo's ambassador to Macedonia, Gjergj Dedaj.

Deday in a communications provided by “Front-Online” has told Sadriou that he is fully involved in the election process in Kosovo, violating the neutrality of diplomatic staff for the elections to be held on February 14th.
“Based on data and facts, you Mr. Sadriu is directly involved in this electoral process, affecting the impartiality and neutrality of diplomatic staff for the upcoming elections in the Republic of Kosovo. As a diplomat, you should respect impartiality”, writes among other things Deday to his warning.

In addition, Ambassador Deday had indicated that Princeton Sadriou is not at all working Fridays, as he said with “unfounded reasons”.
The Express newspaper has also asked for answers from the Secretary General's Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, if any measures for violating the Ministry's circuit will be taken against the ministry's official during the day, yet no response has been made.
