The prosecutor's spokesman, Valon Preteni, has told Gazeta Express that circumstances for lighting the case are being investigated by the prosecutor in co-ordination with police.
He has indicated that the victim's body has been sent for organisation at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Pristina.
The victim's “Body by order of PTH Mitrovica prosecutor has been sent for autopsy at the Law Medicine Institute in Pristina. The circumstances for lighting the case are being investigated by the prosecutor in co-ordination with police”, Preteni told Express.
Otherwise, the case was initially confirmed by Kosovo Police, through a 24-hour report.
According to police, the victim was first sent to the Drenas emergency and later to the Kosovo Clinical and University Centre, where he has died.
“Fsh. Bucks, Skenderaj, 10,02,2021-12:35. The Kosovo female victim, reportedly for unknown reasons, has jumped from the third floor of the house. As a result, the victim suffered bodily injuries, and the same was first sent to the Drenas emergency and then to CKUK where he lived. At the prosecutor's decision the lifeless body of the victim is sent to the IML for obscision”, the report says.
