The case occurred exactly at the polling centre at the school “Nazim Cocolari” in Prizren. Belkize Hoxha manager at this centre said that at this centre a KDI representative has noticed that a voter has photographed the vote. [...]

Then she said under the procedures the case has been announced to the police.
