Albania will welcome England to the meeting for World Cup qualifying matches on March 28th, Periscope follows.
All direct flights between the United Kingdom and Albania have been suspended since 22 December, but the English Federation has received an exception from this restriction.
Along with Albania, England is scheduled to play two more World Cup qualifications during the March international holiday.
Although initially thought there were problems at the Air Albania Tirana Stadium, the match will take place.
