Beating her at 6-4 and 6-3 sets, Osaka has managed to win its second Australian Open title.
Brady is a 25-year-old American who was playing in her first Grand Slam final and was seen several times lack of experience.
It was Osaka's 21st consecutive victory and 4th Grand Slam title in career.
Now in line to play is the final between Novak Djokovov and Daniil Medvedev, which takes place on Sunday.
