The world's number two tennis player, Spanish Rafael Nadal, has announced through social networks that he will not participate in the debut match at Spain's ATP Cup against Australian Alex De Minaur.
Last year Nadal and De Minaur were protagonists of a spectacular match in the ATP Cup, with the Spaniard triumphing after three very fought sets.
