Blerta Deliu, a candidate for deputy from the PDK, has declared that Kosovo has largely benefited from the dialogue process when Enver Hoxhaj was foreign minister, Periscopi broadcasts.
We have witnessed and clarified our position because dialogue cannot be of a political party. Two governments have terminated the mandate due to dialogue. Hoxhaj as well as those who have stepped down this process have understood the risk correctly. They've done a great job in the era when we were in government together, Deliu said in a debate.
