A loss at home by Crootne would turn into a real disaster for Andrea Pirlon, but the Old Lady was able to record a 3-0 win in Turin, the Periscope broadcast.
Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice to parade Romelu Lukak on the top list of goal scorers in Serie A. Portuguese scored two brilliant head goals within eight minutes in the first half.
The 36-year-old has achieved 133 head goals during his career, which is extremely impressive.
There's little, if no one, better players than Ronaldo in the air, but he surprised even with the intensity he showed in front of the second goal against Crotones.
Ronaldo launched a powerful long-range blow hosted by Alex Cordas, and when the ball fell to Aaron Ramsey a few seconds later, Portuguese was already in the area, found space, and put the ball into the net, things not expected by a 36-year-old.
