French football authorities have expelled Paris FC and Lyon from the Cup after the match between the two sides was cancelled following fan violence.
The last round match of 64 in France's Cup was suspended when fans clashed with each other, occupied the field and threw fireworks in the first half, when the result was equal to 1-1.
And instead of setting the match on a later date, the disciplinary committee of the French Football Federation (FFF) decided on Monday to expel the teams from the race.
Paris FC, which plays in Ligue 2, was fined 10,000 euros, while the first league Leon was fined 52,000 euros.
The decision means that Nice, which had to face the winner in the next round, has been given an automatic location in the last 16th.
