SAmpdoria's former top leader was arrested for corruption-related corporate crimes, as part of an investigation by the Cossenza prosecutor.
He left the San Vittore prison in Milan after his lawyers' request, Luca Ponti and Pina Tenga, was accepted to remain in house arrest until the court made a decision.
