Massimo Ferrero has returned home. The former president of Sampdoria was released from prison in 17 days and will be able to celebrate Christmas with his loved ones under house arrest in Rome.
SAmpdoria's former top leader was arrested for corruption-related corporate crimes, as part of an investigation by the Cossenza prosecutor.
He left the San Vittore prison in Milan after his lawyers' request, Luca Ponti and Pina Tenga, was accepted to remain in house arrest until the court made a decision.
