Exception from the 28-year-old stadiums by Regio Emilia, G.T., arrested last Saturday during the Roma-Inter football match. The young man at the end of the match had twice attempted to crack the safety cord set up in the sector dedicated to host fans.
A security worker who had intervened between him and the cordon was punched in the face. Today, after assessing the arrest, the Judiciary Authority has ordered the obligation of presentation at the area commissionerate in his home country.
The investigator, on the basis of Antikyrim Police investigations, has issued an exception act against the 28-year-old, which will ban entry for four years into stadiums and all the sports venues of Italy's territory where football matches are held at any level, competitive or friendly.
The ban will also lie for football matches played abroad by Italian and national teams. In the event of disrespect of this provision, imprisonment of between 1 and 3 years and fines of between 10,000 and 400,000 euros is envisioned. Also, for those breaking the ban, arrest is anticipated in cases of seizure.
