After 13 years as chairman, Haziri wished Hysey on his job.

I'm happy that after a service for more than 13 years as mayor of Gjilan at a different time, today I'm finishing my fourth regular term and handing it over to the elected chairman, Mr. President. Alban Hyseni, who will be chairman of all, including my chairman.
