First Judge from Kosovo at the 10-day international advancement seminar?
Today, 11.12.2021, Kosovo Judge Istref Elezaj travelled to Italy, where he will attend the 10-day course of obtaining the license as international judge, who is held in Caorle, Italy, and lasts until December 21st. 26 judges from 26 European countries are participating in the seminar. Istrefi, once the judge from Kosovo, is the first judge to participate in a seminar for international judges since the Kosovo Volleyball Federation's accession as a full-fledged member of the European Volleyball Federation (CEV). The FVK, in co-operation with the Volleyball Judges Association, had nominated Elezaj and Judge Burim Zymer, but because of the limited number of participants, only Elezaj has been admitted.
