All of this was done in an environment in New York, in a full - time ceremony where Clinton said that Rama's government, reaching out to Afghan refugees, should be inspired to act.
Now many international leaders weren't willing to do much, even when asked, always in the case when they responded positively, the commitments they made were small”.
