The Constitutional Court in Ferizaj, the individual judge of the Penal Division respectively, after observing the trial and admitting guilt from the defendant, convicted him and sentenced him to prison sentences of a hundred-eighty days.
The defendant is charged that on March 31st, 2021 in Ferizaj, he deliberately used physical force to harm the victim, H.A., in the manner that the defendant had originally conveyed it while it was on the move, then demanded that the same vehicle be stopped and without a verbal dispute between them, the defendant grabs it by the throat, and he had hit it in the face, while he was injured in a car accident, with these actions causing minor injuries to his body, with temporary injuries to his health.
Against this bias, the parties have a right to a complaint in the 15-day term from the day of acceptance of the written act. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
