Covid-19 cancels Kosovo's match with Montenegro, many positive Montenegrin cases

The friendly one with Montenegro, due to be held tonight from 1700 in Podgorica, has been cancelled.

Kosovo's National Handball has travelled to Podgorica on Saturday and was ready for the match.

But several corruption cases have been presented to Montenegro, and for that reason it is set to cancel the meeting.

The decision was made to maintain the health of players, respectively, to avoid contact with other Montenegrin players, who may be carriers of the virus.

Kosovo's national returns to Pristina today, and tomorrow it continues with training for the January qualifying matches.
