Man City, the club where he became legend while standing for a decade, will now be honoured by “citizens” as they set up a statue of the Argentinian attacker outside “Etihad”.
Meanwhile, Man City has previously honoured Vincent Company and David Silva, other major personalities in club history.
Aguero's wearing the Man City 10 seasons, made 390 presentations, scored 260 goals.
