The Knights met Manchester City in Porto and managed to secure Europe's most important trophy for the second time in the club's history, Periscope broadcasts.
A goal in the first part by Kai Haverstz was enough to ensure the Chelsea victory.
The match was extremely interesting to see, and Chelsea, with full credit, triumphed in the end.
Londoners always appeared threatening when they attacked and City simply failed to find a way to break the rival's stubborn defence.

After a clash with Kevin De Bruyne, which resulted in the forced replacement of the Belgian, Rudger was punished by Matthew Lahoz.
But the way the judge brought out the future was truly unique.
