The prosecution announces public opinion that there is doubt that, suspect I.H., as owner of the company “Globi M. I.”, in Gjilan, through the presentation of forged documents has managed to win three tenders in the Gjilan region, worth about 1 million and 900 thousand euros.
These top acts, allegedly committed under the ban, as well as the same Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, will continue with further investigative procedures.
