Central Kastrati has lost local elections in the Kamenica municipality. Rather, the reform Kastrati made in education influenced LVV candidate Kadri Rahimaj on Sunday to win.

In several villages in Kamenica, they celebrated after the election results. One of those citizens who were revolting with the reform that Kastrati embarked on Facebook has expressed his joy in Rahimaj's victory at a terrible level of direction.

Kastrati planned to implement reforms in 10 schools. The reorganization of schools was initiated because of the small number of students in some of them, which also affected the quality of education.
