Al Sad's team announced earlier that the deal was reached with Barcelona, for Xavi Hernandez.
But recent reports by RAC 1 indicate that the Catalans are angry with this announcement, here comes Periscope.
Barca is said to have blocked the agreement temporarily and the Xavi issue is frozen.
The problem seems to be on demand to pay off Xavi's escape clause. Mundo Deportivo writes that Barca will not pay this clause, despite Al Sad's otherwise insisted announcement. The developments remain to be seen. Barca has not yet announced anything on the official page. /Periscopi/
