The youth football coach, charged with abuse, child pornography and sexual harassment against 30 minors, has acknowledged the facts Monday. He has claimed that he himself has also suffered episodes of abuse when he was a minor.
The trial was scheduled to be held this Monday in the ninth section of the Malaga provincial court, but after reaching the agreement it was not necessary for victims, witnesses and experts to testify at the session.
The defendant's lawyer, Juan Fernández Ramos, has explained to reporters that the coach has repented. Similarly, he has experienced episodes of child abuse, the disorder he was acquitted of, saying that he has led to such works.
The defendant, since it is a confirmation of the facts, has alleged to pay due compensation. The Malaga prosecution already offered the defendants an agreement last April if it would accept the facts.
All these crimes were committed between 2013 and 2018 with minors aged 9 to 15. However, some of the actions of 30 affected by the coach's abusive actions are not a crime.
