Gazmend Ucal, 27, of Krichova and his fiancée Albina Belluli, 23, from Tetovo, were among the victims of the tragic accident that occurred this morning, when a bus was involved in flames on Bulgaria's Struma Highway, leaving 45 people dead.
Gazmend was part of the Kricova municipality chairman's office, Fatmir Dehari, while on Friday he celebrated his 27th birthday with his fiancée in Istanbul.
Gazmend's report of Gazmendi's death in a telephone conversation for Telma has confirmed the chairman of the Kricova municipality, Fatmir Dehari, who has expressed deep regret over this great tragedy.
Ukal was a member of the Youth Council of the Kricova municipality in 2015.
