Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has appointed Mr. Rifat Latifi ) former adviser to Hashim Thaci in the position of the minister of health.
That means Mr. Hagi Avdyli will remain without the ministerial position within the Kurti II government, Periscopi is sent.
