New Health Minister's first vow: We will stop leaving Kosovo doctors, patients

Rifat Latifi has been officially appointed as the new minister of health.

Latifi, at a news conference called for media by the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has said it is an honour to be in the leadership position.

He has promised to prevent doctors from leaving to foreign countries, as well as patients, from Kosovo to receive medical services.
