(5 years ago)The Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, the General Department, has filed an indictment against 73 people, defendants in connection with the case of Karacheva. “According to the indictment, defendants F.L., H.K., S.C., I.S., F.C., A.K., F.Z., R.T., S.G., S.N., Z.A., N.S., and F.K. are accused of doing criminal work smuggling with goods, from Article 311 paragraph 4 of the Republic Penal Code [...]

Likewise, defendants D.S., A.T., A.S., B.S., F.S., A.S., N.C., S.C., S.D., B.S., F., V.S., L.M., F.V., I.V., S., M.S., F.H. and B.F., are charged with criminal work melgling goods from 311 CPRC.
Also, defendants E.K., F.S., R.S., N.M., H.R., P.S., A.D., F.B., A.T., F.C. and L.S., are charged with criminal work smuggling with goods, by Article 311 paragraphs 1 related to KPRK's Article 33.
While defendants J.H.H., N.S., U.K., K.M., U.A., B.R., A.H., H.M. and J.B. have committed criminal acts {Blerja, acceptance or hiding things used by the carrying out of the criminal work, from Article 333 paragraphs 1 and the circulation of harmful food articles, from below 261 paragraphs 2 CPR.
Defenders B.A. and B.B. are charged with criminal acts of admission, or hiding items used to do criminal work, by Article 333 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
The defendants N.L., F.L., J.C., A.S., A.T., Y.F., L.G., D.H., I.H., I.C., M.C., U.S., M.M., M.M., N.R., I., I.H., I.C., I., I.C., M.L., B., B.G., M., M.M., M., M.M., M., M., N.R.R.R.R., I., I., A., A.T., V. and S.A., report to the police station.
The police and Prosecution action was held in September last year, with numerous police officials being taken into custody.
