It's not known who he's talking about, Mr. President. Tali, who works in the most important office of the democratic parliamentary system in Kosovo.
He says that in such a conclusion, Periscope has come after conveying intense debates through Serbia's media.
In these media, he notes that there are “supperiality” compounds against Albanians, and on the other hand, analysts have observed “complex inferiority” against Serbs.
Tal didn't argue his claims.
“E if we add that to those directly paid by Serbia to make propaganda in its interest, then it is easier to understand the political discurs, especially the” he writes.
Full status:
In intensively tracking the debates on Serbia's media (especially television) it is clear that policymakers and thinkers in Serbia have not yet recovered from the superiority complex towards Albanians, especially to Kosovars, with some minor exceptions.
But even with Albanians (the policymaker of opinionist) a large part, the complex of inferiority towards Serbia is evident.
And if we add to that those paid directly from Serbia to make propaganda in its interest, then it is easier to understand the political discurs (unless cultural, economic ...) that are now taking place and how many different times and initiatives that are being undertaken.
