“Global Youth Leadeship Award” is an annual award shared by the Global Youth Parliament in co-operation with the Nepal Government, most specifically, the Office of Prime Minister in Nepal, and primarily shared by personalities who make continued contributions to youth advancement, empowering social issues and contributing to human rights on a global level! Nominations are made mainly by international organisations for certain personalities that have a broad work luggage in the field of youth and human rights and with a wide network of global communication as selection is done by a specific commission and by specific criteria!
The award sharing is based on its work as Kosovo's Good Will Ambassador to IHRC, its numerous participations worldwide in conferences aimed at public diplomacy, youth and human rights, and above all for projects developed in both Kosovo and other countries of the world wherever its presence or contribution has been required to specific projects for youth, marginalised categories or human rights indiscriminately.

Nominated for this award have been more than 100 different countries in the world, while 54 personalities from only 39 countries have been selected as prize winners!
Ambassador Shala will officially accept the award from Nepal's Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba at an official ceremony in Kathmandu on November 18th, 2021.
