“What happens with the existence of 2 million Kosovo citizens still closed within their country after several years that the country achieved full compatibility for visa liberalisation. Isn't it surreal that they can travel freely outside their country under a brutal regime removed with the help of US and EU bombings and now their deliverers keep them locked up? The EU has given visa liberalisation to 52 million people outside the future Union, and not only before, but also after the EU itself publicly declared that Kosovo fulfilled all technical criteria and even the fully ad hoc criteria of border resolution with Montenegro”, Rama said
