The third witness in the case of Salih Mustaf has said that 18 days of constant beating and torment has been held in Zolasa.
Under security precautions, he has answered the Specialised Prosecutor's Office representative Sylvia Déscoli at today's court hearing, where he said he was beaten by four or five people.
It's been 17 nights, 18 days I've been released from that place, there's been all kinds of torture every day, we've been sitting there and we've been waiting for who's coming with him to beat him, pick up the door and beat him, I remember. ... "We've been kicked by kicks, boxers, stupcas, the bar has had iron, burned with candles to keep the candle on our backs, burned in a kind of way, powered, had a box like the current of a leg tie, had different torture”, the witness said.
And the prosecutor asked the witness if she was sexually abused, but he denied it.
He has said he has been beaten almost every day, by four or five people whose names and nicknames he claims to remember.
He said he was beaten almost every day.
I remember when I remembered it was a Tatbuti nickname, it was Vela, an Afrosion, another Dardan, a barber's Fatmir, at the time, was a Bini. These are the torturers that have been left over me. These are the torturers who have been the biggest. There have been others.
According to him, the same clothing had BIA inscriptions.
During today's session, the witness has been asking about the conditions he had in the facility where he claims to have been held for 18 days.
Witness: The condition of sleep on earth, we've had if I'm not mistaken three kegs, there's been a little straw in here and on the earth, and it's happened that we gave each other a blanket that was the worst, on earth and wet, these were some conditions that I can remember.
Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoli: Could you bathe during the days that you have been held in the stable?
Witness: No, drinking water has never given us permission to wash off.
Prosecutor Sylvia D'Assole: What about the toilet?
Witness: That's why we had a bucket in the barn.
I've been feeling really bad and you've only been waiting for death when you're here, you don't have what I felt or what else you've been waiting for today, tomorrow when I'm killing you.
Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoli: How did you get released?
Witness: They opened that door and told us two more people told us to come out and three people are in.
Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoli: So they came, they opened the door and they told you to come out, who came, who was the person who told you to come out if you remember?
Witness: It was if I didn't miss Fatmir and Bean, he just opened the door and said you, you go out and we went ahead of this house and Bean said go wherever you want.
Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoli: Were there other people outside, whether they were soldiers or civilians, falling out of the pit when you were released?
Witness: Their soldiers who were lower or higher there were people.
Prosecutor Sylvia Déscoli: Did they tell you why you were being released?
Witness: No, I asked this Beane if you could tell me why you kept me here today, said your father was bad, and don't talk about it any longer, and we went on.
