According to him, this is not the first time the Republic of Kosovo “does against trade rules”, reports Serbian news agency Tanjug.
And neither did Belgrade have the opportunity to declare and offer its arguments on anti-damping measures, as predicted in Article 22 of the CEFTA agreement, nor were we informed of the measures through the CEFTA mechanism, but through the media,” said Petkovic.
Industry and Trade Minister Roseta Hajdari has announced that she has made two decisions for protection measures against several products from Serbia.
At a media conference Friday, Hajdari indicated that one decision allocates a 3-center anti-damping measure per kilogram to import the concentration of animals and birds from Serbia.
The next decision, meanwhile, sets a 3-center anti-damping measure for units of Serbia-born construction bloc.
According to her, the two decisions have been made in line with the Kosovo Constitution, while adding that they have also had preliminary investigations into this.
