Since this letter was sent to Bahtiri in the election campaign, it is also seen as Kurti's revenge of Bahtiri, who was imposed as Vetevendosje candidate for Mitrovica chairman, although he does not enjoy the support of the branch itself there except for a group of its interest within Vetevendosje.
In the document sent by the Treasury, Bahtir is drawn to the attention that the Mitrovica municipality has no funds to cover final expenses and does not even provide regular salaries for fiscal year workers.
