Hoxhaj, through a writing on the social Twitter network, has said Russia and Serbia are seeking back the history of violence in the Balkans.
“Russia and Serbia through their representative Dodik are seeking the return of history of violence! That is the consequence of the Balkan arms race! Buying weapons from Serbia and Republika Srpska in Bosnia, establishing its army will replace weak regional co-operation with strong confrontation! ”
