Frances Haugen, 37, who had worked as production manager on the Facebook department team, was interviewed Sunday by CBS.
It was declared that the resulting documents proved that Facebook had repeatedly prioritized “pre-security”, reports the BBC, translates Periscopi.
Facebook had said that the resulting documents were misleading.
In the interview, Mrs. Haugen said he left Facebook earlier this year after he was angry with the company.
Before leaving, she had copied a string of age and internal documents.
She had shared the documents with the Wall Street Journal, which have been published in the last three weeks sometimes referring to Facebook files (Facebook Files).
These findings included documents that showed that figures of estrada, politicians and high profile Facebook users were treated differently from the company as different from ordinary people.
From the internal research of Facebook (which is the owner of the Instagram) it was found that the Instagram had had had a negative mental health of teenagers but had not shared these findings.
Haugen will testify before a Senate Subcommittee tomorrow [October 5th, 5th] at a hearing titled “Children's Protection Online”. /Periscope
