The defendant is David Henderson, who is the host of France's 28-year trip to Wells after signing with Cardiff City.
The 66-year-old was charged with putting Sala's life in danger of reckless authorisation in flight conditions.
The Armaninian body was found aboard the plane two weeks after the event at a depth of 400 feet [67 m]. While the body of the 59-year-old pilot was never found.
In October 2020, during the hearing, Henderson was acquitted of court charges and released on bail pending the next session. It also noted that pilot Ibbotson's license to fly on a commercial jet expired in November 2018.
