Premier Legers' clubs are frustrated with the league that allowed the sale of Newcastle United and planned an emergency meeting next week.
Taking Newcastle from Saudi Arabia has been under discussion for several years, but was earlier rejected by the league.
On Wednesday it was said it could resume, as Saudi Arabia and Qatar reached an agreement on the broadcast of matches in the World Sports, and Thursday the agreement by the Saudi Public Investment Fund was confirmed to buy a club from Mike Ashley.
The speed of the agreement and the lack of communication allowed to take place has angered the other 19 teams at England's highest level.
According to Guardian, clubs want a meeting next week to discuss what changed to suddenly allow the agreement and why they were told nothing about it.
The meeting is not an attempt to stop the deal, as it is too late, but in order for clubs to reveal their feelings and reach the end of the process.
At the recent league meeting two weeks ago, the agreement was not on the agenda, and only last week a competition appeals court said last week that arbitration procedures on the issue would begin in January.
The league official, Adam Lewis, had explained in the CAT that the agreement could be concluded if the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is not the leader of the club “.
Of course, the new owners have since managed to convince the league that is not so, despite being supervised by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
There have been questions from many, especially human rights groups, on Newcastle's new owners and possible damage to the league's reputation is thought to be another topic that has angered some clubs.
In the field, however, a young billionaire will likely mean large transfers and high wages to the league, and this will undoubtedly disturb some of the clubs in Premier League.
Magpies have already been linked to a series of transfers in recent days, with the club reportedly allowed to spend up to 200 million pounds in January without breaking the rules of financial fair-play.
Another person who is likely as upset at buying as the rival Newcastle clubs is current coach Steve Bruce, with 60-year-old expected to be fired from the club, potentially before leading his 1,000th match against Tottenham Hotspuri next weekend.
