Bullicles Anullon tender for decorated wood, then pays 35 thousand and 911 euros more

The chairman of the Podujevo municipality, Speed Bulqi, on the show “Pressing” of T7 on June 10th 2021, in an effort to explain his commitment to fight corruption, had shown how he had completely canceled a contract for decorative wood, since as the Comun had requested additional specifics and the company of São had respected the terms of the contract. Bulqi said that they had demanded that the wooden perimeter be eight to ten inches long, until the company insisted on supplying the municipality with trees that have four to six inches.

The tender, which Bulliqi speaks of, has been cancelled, was worth a total of 63 thousand and 789 euros, and in detail has specific data that as a municipality have been requested by the company.

As Bulliqi himself shows, the same tender has been respaterated since the company had fulfilled the agreement criteria.

But what happened when the tender was repeated for the second time?

In the documents published on the official website of the Podujevo municipality, in the repeated tender, it is seen that the municipality's demand for wood had been changed. So the second time, the Podujevo municipality has given the same tender to the company, but with price changes and about 35 thousand and 911 euros more as a total value and as a money fund has paid more price than the first time it was in the cancelled contract.

Podujevo municipality official Vigan Salihu, in a proposal for Express questioned about the issue, has declared the winning company to be the cheapest bidder and within the projected tender value of 100,000 euros.

However, it remains meaningless how the Podujevo municipality has agreed to pay more dearly for smaller seedlings, until the first time for the thickest fidans the price had been cheaper.

Major price change from the first contract to the second contract has also taken on the type of fidanes Acher Plamatum. Out of 25 euros the first time, it has gone to 40 euros.

Even Abies' type of fidanite in the second contract has been bought for 50 euros, while in the first contract it has cost only 15 euros in pieces.

The same has happened with the Picarapoggens fidanus award. Of the 16 euros and 50 cents it had cost the first time, the municipality after the tender resurgeon has bought the same 50 euros.

Out of 12 euros as much as he had cost in the first contract, the finish of the Catalpa bignnoides “Nana” from the municipality to the second contract has been bought 30 euros in pieces.
